The EKM Push data service is free for meters that are set to a once/minute read rate (this is the default) or slower. If you’d like to have your meter(s) read faster it is possible to read meters as fast as once/second. For faster that once/minute read rates there is a per-meter monthly fee that varies depending on the rate, which you can see in the drop down list below.
Please note that a once/second read rate is only possible if you you have a single Omnimeter connected to your EKM Push gateway. It takes approximately one second to read a meter and only one meter can be read at a time by a given gateway. So for example, if you have 50 Omnimeters connected to a Push gateway, the fastest that you will be able to read each of those meters is once every 50 seconds.
Please also note that the read rates listed below are approximations as the actual read rates can be slightly variable. So a once per second read rate can be more like 1.5 second read rate in some cases.
Please fill in the form below and then click subscribe. Please be sure to include your full meter number and your EKM Push key. Without these we will not be able to make your requested changes. Billing will be on a monthly basis and will be handled by PayPal. This form is for one meter only, if you want to change the read rate of multiple meters, you will have to fill in this form multiple times.
Changing the read rate is done manually by our team at EKM so please allow for up to one business day for the read rate change to take affect. Subscriptions can be ended at any time by the subscriber or by EKM.
