Shipping & Delivery
Domestic: We ship most of our products with USPS Priority Mail. This is a 1-3 day service depending on your area. Due to their size, we may choose to ship gas meters, enclosures, and other large orders by USPS Parcel Post or FedEx Ground.
International: We will ship anywhere in the world that USPS is able to go via USPS Priority Mail International. Please allow at least 1 to 2 weeks for international shipments to arrive. In an effort to minimize our environmental impact, we primarily use crumpled newspaper, or recycled packing materials, to pack our products into boxes before shipping.
Returns & Replacements
All of our products come with at least a 2 year replacement warranty. Our Omnimeter II UL v.3 and Omnimeter Pulse UL v.4 both have a 10 year replacement warranty. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund (this does not include return shipping expenses). Beyond the 30 day threshold, we will accept returns for up to 6 months from the date of purchase, but those returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns are conditional on the product(s) being in good and resale-able condition. Products that don't meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. Orders returned without adequate protective packaging will not be accepted for return. Breaking the meter seal, on any of our meter models, voids their warranty and they will not be accepted for return. If your product(s) is eligible for return, please download our RMA Form, fill it out, and include it with your return.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever sensitive information is collected (such as credit card data),that information is encrypted and transmitted to the credit card processor in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. EKM Metering does not collect nor do we store credit card information.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. We will keep your contact information unless you ask us to delete that information.
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
Payments & Pricing
We accept payments via Paypal, most major credit cards, bank wire transfer, pay online with your USA based checking account via Quickbooks Payments (slow, but FREE), company check (slow, but FREE), and now accept Bitcoin as well. If you are interested, you can provide us with a purchase order and we will send you a company invoice. If you are considering an order above ten units, please let us know exactly how many of each item you will need and we will make sure that you get the best discount available.
Updating Account Information
You can change your personal account information at any time by logging into your account via the link at the top of the page. Your account can be edited or deleted at any time.
